School of Pisces is an alternative rock band from Lowell, Massachusetts. The band's new EP, This Is a Subliminal Message..., features five songs that best showcase their style: introspective lyrics with catchy melodies and rich harmonies. A lot of the lyrical content is metaphysical or philosophical in its substance, yet absurd enough to show the band doesn't take itself too seriously. The music, while being based in rock, displays electronic and folk elements.
The music is written by Michael Reidy (who provides vocals, guitar, bass, and keyboards) and also features musicians Andy Korajczyk (from J WAIL vs aNdu) on drums and Alex Sepe (from i have ears and Beneath the Stone) on guitar.
The band's music is currently being marketed and digitally distributed by Lowell Records.
